Will you replace the stickers on my windshield?

Absolutely! However, certain stickers cannot be legally transferred from automobile windshields. We will transfer all stickers that are allowed by law.

Will the technician call me before he/she comes?

Yes, in most cases the technician will call before they arrive.

Will any part of my vehicle be harmed during the repair or replacement process?

A.

No, your car or truck should not be damaged during the repair or replacement. We use precautionary measures to ensure that no damage occurs during your auto glass service.

Are your technicians certified?

A.

Yes, our technicians are AGRSS certified, meaning they have been thoroughly trained on the proper procedures for removing and installing auto glass for cars, trucks and fleet vehicles.

Will you vacuum my vehicle after service?

A.

Yes, our technicians will vacuum any pieces of broken auto glass in your car or truck.

Can you work on my car or truck outside in bad weather?

A.

If a warm and dry environment is available then yes, otherwise we cannot. Your windshield is an integral part of your vehicle’s safety system. Debris, moisture, and cold weather can hinder adhesion of your windshield, thus creating failures down the road.

Will I have to wait with my vehicle while the service is performed?

A.

No, you are not required to wait with your car or truck, but you can if you would like. Our technician will just need to be able to access inside and have a key to power the electrical system. If you come in to our facility, we have a comfortable area with wi-fi available.

How long do I have to wait before I can drive my vehicle?

A.

We use an advanced adhesive system. The system allows for safe drive away in one hour after the adhesive has been applied. In most cases, you should be able to safely drive your vehicle 2 to 2 ½ hours from start to finish. Please refer to your exact safe drive away time on your receipt.

A.

No. All vehicles serviced with Troy Auto Glass use a fast curing sealant so all vehicles are given back to the customer with no tape.

Will you take care of billing my insurance company for me?

A.

Absoluetly! This is something we do for our customers every day — for FREE.

If I have rust around my car or truck windshield…what do you do?

A.

The solution is to remove any rust at a minimal charge to ensure the vehicle's windshield is installed safely and leak free.
